Simon Riley
Managing Director
Simon has worked with the company for more than 3 decades, becoming sales director in 2004 and managing director in 2013.
Samantha Malcolm
General Manager
Samantha joined the company in 1986, working in various roles. After a short break 1996 to 2000, Samantha returned to the team, working her way to General Manager in 2013.
Andrew Prince
Production Manager
Andrew is highly experienced production manager with more than 35 years’ experience in manufacturing. Andrew started his career with CFL in 2004.
Philip Findlay
Commercial and Technical Manager
Philip joined the team in 2018, an experienced engineer with specialist skill set in manufacturing and mechanical maintenance.
Simon Newell
Quality Manager
Joining CFL in 2013, Simon is responsible for quality assurance management, and is a qualified CSWIP welding inspector.
Emma Johnston
Operations Lead
A career move to CFL in 2021 to the finance department, Emma transitioned to operations in 2022.
Stephanie Crann
Finance Manager
Responsible for CFL client accounts management and credit control, Stephanie joined the business in 2022.
